There’s a stump in the middle of my patio, it used to be a tree in the middle of my patio. But I can’t for the life of me figure out why the previous owners thought they’d pour concrete around the tree. You know, trees need water to live, and if you cover the entire root structure in concrete it will probably die. Which it did, and now we have a stump in the middle of the patio.
I tried to work around it, I really did! I thought about making it into a table, but it’s just not the right height.
I finally decided to remove it, and I was planning on hiring a professional… but my roommates wouldn’t let me. “We can do it Lex! We can just chop it up! Don’t waste your money!”
Well, it took them several months and cost a broken ex, and a lot of sore muscles… but technically they did it!
