Top 8 Batmans of All Time

My household is so excited for the release of Lego Batman!!! In fact, Will Arnett is a fantastic Batman, but where does he sit on the list of GOAT? First, in case you’ve missed here- here’s the newest trailer for Lego Batman!

8.  George Clooney (“Batman & Robin,” 1997)

I really don’t blame George for this film. The script itself was just terrible!!! As was Arnold as Mr. Freeze…

7. Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series)

I really enjoyed this series and the dark undertones. In fact, my son Liam and I still watch these!

6. Adam West (“Batman” TV show, 1966)

I know that he IS Batman, but Adam sits on #6 on my list. I still do enjoy the fun, campy jokes and awesome dance moves!

5. Ben Affleck (“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice,” 2016)

Haters gonna hate on Ben Affleck, but his first portrayal as an older Bruce Wayne who has become disenfranchised with the ways of the past is fantastic! I’m looking forward to more movies with THIS version of Batman.

4. Will Arnett (“The Lego Movie,” 2014)

That’s right, I put him at #4! Cartoon Lego movie or not, Will Arnett makes a fantastic Batman! He was so good- he got his own film!

3. Christian Bale (“Batman Begins,” 2005; “The Dark Knight,” 2008; “The Dark Knight Rises,” 2012)

Sure…he was good. However, I feel like the villains, the directing and the stories are what make these Batman movies and not the actor who plays Batman.

2. Val Kilmer (“Batman Forever,” 1995)

The man replaced Michael Keaton and totally brough a new character to Batman! I only wish he would’ve done more of the films…(plus Jim Carrey was great!)

  1. Michael Keaton (“Batman,” 1989; “Batman Returns,” 1992)

The OG! Michael was so good in this role as Batman that no one will ever take over his spot at #1!
