105 Days Of Love – Random Acts Of Kindness: Week 2

Here we are – WEEK 2!

Random Acts of Kindness: Week 2 (#8-#14)

It’s our 4th annual 105 Days of Love and we want to keep up our tradition of spreading the love. We’ve teamed up with our friends at Mark Miller Subaru for the next 105 days we’ll be committing random acts of kindness and we courage you to join us! Are you stuck on what to do for 105 days? Don’t worry! We’ve got you! Each week we’ll be posting 7 random acts of kindness you can do for your loved ones, a stranger, yourself, and for the environment.

Here are the next 7 random acts of kindness for week 2.

#8 – Compliment A Stranger
If you’re just walking down the street, and you walk past a stranger, give them a nice little compliment like “Hey, you look great today!” or even a simple “Hello!” would work.

#9 – Foster an animal
Our local animal shelters have a fostering program where you can keep a shelter pet at your house, help train and take care of them for a few weeks until they can find a fur-ever home. Who knows you might end up finding your new best friend.

#10 – Use Amazon Smile
If you’re an Amazon shopper, switch to Amazon Smile and select your favorite charity. Amazon will donate a portion of some of your purchase price to your charity!

#11 – Send Positive Notes
Social media runs our lives these days, and there can be some not so friendly people. If you see someone post something about themselves, leave a positive comment to help cheer them up.

#12 – Donate used (CLEAN) towels and blankets to an animal shelter.
If you have some gently used towels and blankets you don’t use anymore – donate them to a local shelter. They could always use them for their kennels.

#13 – Pick Up Garbage
Okay, I know this doesn’t sound fun, but it will help reduce our pollution with Mother Earth and help keep our city nice, clean, and pretty.

Sometimes mornings can be rough. Just send a simple “Good Morning!” text to someone you care about!
