105 Days Of Love – Random Acts Of Kindness: Week 6

Here we are – WEEK 6!

Random Acts of Kindness: Week 6 (#36-#42)

It’s our 4th annual 105 Days of Love and we want to keep up our tradition of spreading the love. We’ve teamed up with our friends at Mark Miller Subaru for the next 105 days we’ll be committing random acts of kindness and we courage you to join us! Are you stuck on what to do for 105 days? Don’t worry! We’ve got you! Each week we’ll be posting 7 random acts of kindness you can do for your loved ones, a stranger, yourself, and for the environment.

Here are the next 7 random acts of kindness for week 6.

36. Return carts to the cart return – even if they aren’t yours.
Lately, shopping has been hectic and grocery store employees are already under a lot of stress from our current pandemic. Not only will it help them out, but also other customers that you don’t realize that might need them like the elderly and mothers with small children.

37. Call someone you haven’t talked to in a while.
What a better time to do this now that we are all social distancing. Give a person you love or care about a phone call – or make it even better with a video chat.

38. Leave a kind note on someone’s car.
Even though we’re supposed to be in quarantine and social distancing you still need to be out and about with essential errands. Just leave a small note on a strangers car that might say “Hey, you’ve got this!” or “We hope this note gives you a smile today – then draw a little picture”.

39. Bring donuts or bagels to the office.
For those of you that still have to work at your office – bring your coworkers something to eat or drink.

40. Clean out your closet and donate clothes to the homeless shelters.
Now more than ever our local shelters are suffering. This is the time to start going through you closets and getting rid of what you don’t need or use anymore. Plus, with all this extra time while working from home there is no better time to do this.

41. Send an encouraging email.
It’s not every day you get a lot of praise at work. Everyone is doing their best they can, so send out a sweet little message to a coworker or even a manager letting them know how a coworker helped out.

42. Plant a tree.
Now that it’s spring there is no better time to help out Mother Earth! Plant a tree or start working on your garden! Be kind to our Earth and show her some love!
