The lawyer of Jamie Spears has fired off a letter to Britney’s lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, about having the pop star sit for a deposition.
Alex Weingarten stated in the letter Jamie too would sit for a deposition and he wanted to set dates for both.
In the letter, which was emailed to Rosengart, Weingarten agrees to have Jamie do his deposition first followed by Britney the next day or later in the week.
According to TMZ things to be discussed in the deposition include, her father’s refusal to allow Britney to get married and have more children, Britney’s accusations of being held in a treatment facility against her will, child safety, and drug use.
Rosengart wants to ask Jamie about the mismanagement of the conservatorship and using it for personal gain. The letter requests a response from Rosengart by February 4th and requests the depositions to happen in March.
