Coty makeup brand has agreed to purchase a 20 percent stake in Kim Kardashian West’s KKW makeup line.
West’s company is valued at $1 billion, slightly lower than her sister, Kylie’s makeup line which was valued at $1.2 billion. Coty purchased a majority stake in Kylie Jenner’s makeup line for $600 million last year.
Kim launched her KKW beauty brand in 2017, two years after Kylie’s brand launched. Coty has yet to make a formal announcement about the purchase.
