Tired of the same old “dinner and a movie” date? There are so many fun things to do across northern Utah, and here are 12 unique date night ideas to treat your significant other with a memorable time!
1. Watch a local sports game
Here in Utah, we’ve got a ton of opportunities to watch our great, local teams. From Real Salt Lake and the Real Monarchs to the Utah Grizzlies in Salt Lake, or college teams like the Aggies and the Southern Utah Thunderbirds, there are plenty of sports to watch throughout the year.
2. Listen to live music
Have you been to the Club at 50 West? Not only do they book some of the hottest names in the industry, but they’ve got a killer menu and chill atmosphere to make your date night memorable.
3. Take sailing lessons
Uh, sailing? In Utah? Yeah, you read that right. Sailing lessons on Utah Lake for all skill levels are offered by the Bonneville School of Sailing.
4. Have a spa day at Snowbird

5. Go climbing
Maybe you’re not an experienced climber, so if you and your significant other would like to try indoor climbing, there are a bunch of awesome climbing gyms in Utah to test the waters.
