Halsey just snatched up a $10.2 million Calabasas mansion that was once owned by One Direction singer, Liam Payne.

The Los Angeles estate once listed for $14.5 million in 2018 was later reduced to $10.2 last June. While Payne was living in the home with his then-girlfriend, Cheryl Cole, he says the house was haunted and she refused to sleep upstairs.

“I’ve seen lights go on and off in the middle of the night and a few little creepy things, like taps turning on and off,” said Payne during a 2017 interview with The Sun.
The “Ghost” singer doesn’t seem bothered by the spirits allegedly running around her new five-bedroom, eight-bathroom home. Halsey’s new house is over 9,000 square-feet and boasts a library, indoor movie theater, wine cellar, recording studio, and an outdoor pool.
