Would you move to a different state with someone you’ve only been dating for 6 months?
I’ve been dating an awesome girl for the past 6 months, and I really like her. She was recently offered a job in Austin, TX and it’s her dream job. It’s what she’s been working towards for the past 10 years, and a once in a lifetime opportunity. She can’t pass on it, and I would never ask her to. So she asked me if I wanted to move to Austin with her… I really want to, but my family is freaking out about it. They don’t think we’ve been together long enough, and they say we should be engaged before moving out of state together. What should I do?
