105 Days Of Love – Random Acts Of Kindness: Week 4

Here we are – WEEK 4!

Random Acts of Kindness: Week 4 (#22-#28)

It’s our 4th annual 105 Days of Love and we want to keep up our tradition of spreading the love. We’ve teamed up with our friends at Mark Miller Subaru for the next 105 days we’ll be committing random acts of kindness and we courage you to join us! Are you stuck on what to do for 105 days? Don’t worry! We’ve got you! Each week we’ll be posting 7 random acts of kindness you can do for your loved ones, a stranger, yourself, and for the environment.

Here are the next 7 random acts of kindness for week 4.

#22 – Be polite and courteous on the road.
Yes, we know we are in Utah and people don’t know how to drive, but instead of flipping off the driver who is coming into your lane, let them merge. Especially if they are getting on the freeway. If everyone did this we could see a decrease in traffic and accidents.

#23 – Donate toys to a Children’s Hospital
A lot of the time we forget that there are families living in the Children’s Hospitals and these kids can be pretty bored waiting for their next treatment. So if you can, round up your friends, family, and coworkers and collect new toys and drop it off.

#24 – Give a friend a small gift.
The next time you’re at the store and you see something that you know a friend would like, get it for them. It doesn’t have to be anything expensive or big, it could be something like a candy bar.

#25 – Leave a kind note inside your Library book before you return it.
No, please don’t write in your book, but instead, leave a small note on a piece of paper and leave it in the book. It’ll surprise the next reader and help put a smile on their face.

#26 – Meet or leave your mail carrier snacks and bottled drinks.
This is a trend that really took off during the holidays. The mail carriers are so sweet and work endless hours to make sure our packages get delivered that sometimes they forget to take a break to eat or drink. Leave them some packaged snacks and bottled drinks by your door with a note letting them know they could have something!

#27 – Run or walk in a 5k/cause you support.
The weather is getting warmer and lots of charities and causes have their annual 5k’s coming up. Sign up for one and join in on the cause! Plus it’ll help you with a little bit of exercise too!

#28 – Write “Thank You” notes.
This simple gesture is something we all have forgotten. Yes, I know we can verbally say it but sometimes just writing a small note and sending it to someone is even sweeter.
