An investigation is being launched at the Kellog’s factory in Tennessee after a video shows a man urinating on a conveyor belt that was producing Corn Flakes. The factory also makes rice krispies treats. The company is saying the video is from 2014 and no product that was tainted was on store shelves. Does that mean the product hit store shelves years ago?
Kellog’s and the US Food and Drug Administration have begun investigating the disturbing video. Kellog’s released this statement over the weekend, saying “we were shocked and deeply disappointed by this video that we just learned of yesterday. Food quality is of the utmost importance to the Kellog Company. We are outraged by this completely unacceptable situation, and will work closely with authorities to prosecute to the full extent of the law.”
