Millennials are more likely than most to get help from a travel advisor for vacation.
A new survey polled 23,000 people in 20 countries. 50 percent of millennials said they go to a travel professional for help instead of just booking a trip online. Only 20 percent of Gen-X’ers and 8 percent of Boomers seek travel help.
More Millennials are looking for more personal experiences during travel that they can’t normally find by going to a website.
Overall, most people are growing frustrated with online booking. The travel agent is back!
