After being on my medical weight loss diet with MD Diet for 8 weeks…I cheated!

I know! I felt awful after. I felt like this whole thing had been ruined. I was so down on myself until I spoke with one of the nutritionists at MD Diet. You know what she said??? “Good! You need to reward yourself once in a while.”
She then reminded me of the 10 pounds I’ve lost, and said, “You earned a treat.” She said a lot of women get down on themselves when they have a moment of weakness. In fact, they get so depressed, they give up entirely. She said, “You need to set treat goals for yourself.” I decided mine would be once per month. If I maintain a healthy meal plan for 30 days, I will take a night off and enjoy a little cheat meal. I think enchiladas may be on the meal plan next month! Wish me luck!
