Rapper Post Malone has shown he loves rock music, whether by covering Nirvana or even folk-rock hero Bob Dylan.
Malone is also a fan of metal, revealing some of his favorite heaviest bands in a video chat with Megadeth bassist Dave Ellefson. Malone loves Pantera. He told Ellefson that he met Pantera vocalist Phil Anselmo backstage at Slayer’s last show in Los Angeles, calling him “just a cool-ass dude.” Malone also has a tattoo of Pantera guitarist Dimebag Darrell on his arm.
Post Malone revealed earlier that AC/DC and Metallica inspired him to learn guitar, which he did by watching YouTube videos. The rapper also told Ellefson he loves his band, Megadeth.
