Rihanna is doing her part to help fight climate change. The singer has pledged to donate $15 Million in the United States and the Caribbean to climate justice organizations.
She made the announcement last week via her Clara Lionel Foundation in partnership with Jack Dorsey who founded Twitter and his #StartSmall initiative. According to the Clara Lionel website, the foundation currently has nine active projects focusing on climate resilience, and the ultimate goal is that the “Caribbean becomes the world’s first climate-resilient zone.”
