Rihanna is the latest celeb to urge her fans to get out and get registered to vote in anticipation of the November mid-term elections.
Rihanna put the plea out on her Instagram page for her fans to be part of the process and sign up before their state’s deadline to be registered so that they can vote. “You have 1 job today and that is to properly register to vote,” Rihanna said in a post. “Go to Vote.org to register and to double and triple check that you are properly registered.”
Rihanna’s request for people to get registered comes a few days after Taylor Swift’s plea. Rihanna was born in Barbados, but has residency in America and cannot vote. Are you registered to vote?
