‘Stranger Things’ Is Turning Universal Studios Into the ‘Upside Down’

Stranger Things Is Coming To Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights

Now you will be able to enter the “Upside Down” in Hawkins, Indiana. Universal Studios has announced that fans of their iconic Halloween Horror Nights will experience everything that is Stranger Things inside three of their locations (Universal Hollywood, Orlando, and Singapore). Netflix and the show’s creators, Matt and Ross Duffer, are working with Universal Studios to make the experience as real as possible.

New mazes will be created that will make you feel like you’re in recreated scenes from the show. Season 1 will be the inspiration behind the mazes and you’ll experience characters, scenes, and yes…the dreaded Demogorgon! One of the amazing scenes you’ll be able to experience is the Hawkins National Laboratory located under the U.S. Department of Energy. You’ll also go through the “Upside Down Woods” of Hawkins.

We still know very little about Season 3 of Stranger Things – like when will it be back on Netflix? Rumors are Season 3 will return at the end of the year, or in early 2019. We do know that the next season will take place in Summer, which is a bit of a departure from Seasons 1 and 2. We also found out that Steve (Joe Keery) will have a larger role in Season 3. It should be fun to watch what happens in Hawkins in the Summer. Will the Shadow Monster take over the public pool? I guess we’ll have to wait and see!
