Time To Get Fit

So, that was me. There was a time when I would get electrocuted, jump into freezing water and run a half marathon for FUN! Crazy, right?

Then, with my kids getting older, work increasing and my wife and I starting our own business- I stopped working out! I’m now 20 pounds over where I was just two years ago. I’ve got to stop this progression! So, like a lot of us, one of my 2017 New Year Resolutions is to become fit again! Which means no more of this:

Although I love the French Fries and booze…I’m gonna cut back and head back to Planet Fitness!

My other resolutions for 2017 are:

-to hang out with friends more! I feel like we’re so busy with work and family that our friends have been put on the back burner. I’d like to change that.

-try to meditate. I battle with high blood pressure and am told that this can help. So my goal is 4 times a week!
