I seriously DO NOT believe that Fireflies exist to live in Utah. I’ve grown up here for most of my life and have never, not even once, seen an actual living Firefly in Utah. I’ve been to countless of other places across the country and have seen them, but never here in my home state.
According to the Natural History Museum of Utah, they DO exist in the Beehive State! They’ve been partnering with scientists at BYU to track their populations and also using the help of citizen scientists.
