Alex Boye joined us in-studio this morning to talk about his new song & video, Bend Not Break.
After a long day at Randy Jackson’s recording studio, he went back to his hotel room and was struck with a sudden burst of inspiration. Something moved him to write a song about suicide.
After writing and recording, he did some research and found out that Herriman High had 8 suicides in 1 year. He wanted to do something about it. He got in touch with people in the Herriman community and this video was born.
