Friday and Saturday at the Wasatch County Events Complex.
Utah Ski Joring is an action packed competition where a horse and rider pull a skier at a fast pace through a course that includes gates, jumps, and rings. Ski Joring combines Utah’s signature SKI heritage with its COWBOY roots creating a wild, fast paced and spectacular event. Competitors race for cash and prizes based on the fastest times. Above all, Ski Joring is a great reason to get outside, socialize with amazing people and have some fun while supporting athletes and sponsors.
The Morris Murdock Travel Expo
Friday and Saturday at the Mountain America Expo Center
Utah’s largest and longest running Travel Show, children under 17 are free.
Over 120 travel vendors including the biggest names in airlines, cruise lines, hotels, resorts, tourism offices and other related destination services will bring you up to date on the hottest travel trends for 2023 and beyond.
SATURDAY
Ski all day in prom attire, when the lifts roll to a stop, head on over to Last Chance Lodge where the party continues. They’ll have live music, food and beverages for purchase, and crown their very own Solitude Prom Royalty.

Bigfoot Snowshoe Festival in Midway
Groomed golf course 5K and 10K loop. Used for all races. 5K single track. Mountain loop used for the 25K, marathon ad 50K. 5K loop has 300 ft elev gain. 10K loop has 700 ft elev gain. 5K mountain loop has 1000+ ft elev gain.
