Official Rules
These are the specific contest rules for “Win 4-Pack of Tix to Disneyland Resort – On Air” contest.
Contest dates: October 3rd 2016 through October 7th, 2016
When solicited, listeners can call in to win (4) 2 Day 1-Park Tickets to Disneyland Resort. Listeners will have to scramble the Magical kingdom Catchphrase to the correct order that the phrase is spoken in a Disney Film. Passes are valid September 26th, 2016- December 15th, 2017
(1) Winner will be selected at random per solicitation to win.
Online Contest dates: September 29th through October 10th 2016
Participants will enter for their chance to Win (4) 2 Day 1 Park Tix to Disneyland Resort via Aptivada Online Contest on Mix1051UTAH.com Listeners will submit a photo of the “cutest Disney costume.”
On or after Monday October 10th at Noon, One (1) winner will be selected at random from entries submitted to the entry form via Aptivada Online Contest on MIX1051UTAH.com.
The prize must be picked up within 30 days of winning or by 5pm day of event, whichever comes first. If the prize is not picked up within that time frame it will be released back to the Mix 105.1 Promotions Department. No consolation prizes will be given if the prize is not picked up on time.
Prize is valued at approximately $740 ($185.00 per ticket) and is provided by Disneyland Resort.
Official Disneyland Resort Rules. Promoter will cause the Official Rules for the Sweepstakes to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and lo include applicable provisions substantially similar to the following (subject to Disney’s approval):
(a) Winners must be at least the age of majority pursuant to his/her applicable state of-residence to enter and win. A Guest under the age of majority must be accompanied by his/her parent/legal guardian who must be at least the age of majority and both will be deemed Guests of the winner (unless the winner is the Guests parent or legal guardian}. Once selected by winner, Guests cannot be changed without the express consent of Disney, which may be withheld for any reason.
(b) Theme park attractions and entertainment may be seasonal and subject to change without notice.
(c) Theme park tickets must be used prior to December 15, 2017. Terms and conditions as set forth herein and on the theme park tickets shall apply.
(d) A winner may not charge any Guest far participating in the prize. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, being provided by Promoter or Disney.
(e) The winner and his/her Guests are responsible for having valid travel documents including government issued identification and/or passports, as applicable.
(f) The winner will not receive compensation for any element(s) of the Vacation Package (including, without limitation, theme park tickets) that any participant (s] is unable to use for any reason, and such unused portion(s) of the Prize Package will be forfeited.
(g) if the winner chooses to bring less than the allotted number of Guests, the Prize Package will be awarded in increments suitable for the actual number of participants with no substitute prize or compensation provided to the winner.
(h) The winner and his/her Guests will be required to execute a liability/publicity release form prior to booking of any travel. Failure to return the executed release form within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the Prize Package. Winner acknowledges that he/she is solely responsible or any actions, claims or liabilities of the Group, related to any use or misuse of the prize or any prize-related activity or travel.
(i) Any damaged, lost or stolen theme park tickets will not be replaced. OJ Federal, state and local taxes relating to the prize are the responsibility of the winner and Promoter Will issue all tax forms including a 1099 form to the Winner.
(k) Promoter is the sponsor of the Sweepstakes.
(I) Disney, its parent related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, agents, employees and assigns will be released and discharged from any .and ·all legal claims, losses, injuries, demands, damages, actions, and for causes of actions that arise out of and/or are in any way related to the prize, the receipt, use and/or enjoyment of the prize, or prize-related activity including travel, the Promotion or the Sweepstakes.
(m) AU disputes arising out oi or relating to any prize provided by Disney shalt be resolved by applying the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law rules, and shall be solely and exclusively brought in state or federal courts within Orange County, California. Such claims shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and all such claims shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event to include attorneys’ fees.
(n) In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall prevail and govern.
Four pack of 2-Day, 1-Park Disneyland® Resort tickets good for admission to Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, but not both Parks on the same day (the “Tickets”)(subject to restrictions).
(a) Tickets must be used by December 15, 2017.
(b) The Tickets are to be awarded as prizes to bona fide winners of the Sweepstakes only. The Station may not distribute the Tickets (or any portion thereof) to any sponsor, clients, affiliated companies, their employees, family members or others who are not a legitimate, bona fide Sweepstakes winner. No Tickets (or portions thereof) may be reassigned or transferred if any winner is unable to redeem such prize. Tickets issued will bear the date of issue and the date of expiration. Expiration date will not be extended, and Tickets will not be refundable or redeemable for cash or credit at any time, nor will either be replaced if lost or stolen. Tickets may not be sold or transferred to a third party, including without limitation, to any travel agents, tour operators or other persons engaged in the travel industry, except as allowed in this Agreement. No substitutions are allowed. Promoter must return to Disney at the conclusion of the Promotion any and all Tickets not distributed during the Promotion. Promoter shall bear all risk of loss of the Tickets from the point of delivery to Promoter and for the risk of loss in shipment of the Tickets returned to Disney, if any.
(c) All other expenses, including but not limited to taxes, transportation to/from the Premises ,airfare, parking, hotel accommodations, hotel room service, meals, beverages, souvenirs, resort taxes and fees, gratuities, incidental expenses and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the Sweepstakes winners.
(d) The approximate retail value of each Ticket is one hundred eighty-five Dollars ($185.00)
