These are the specific contest rules for the “Janet Jackson On Air” on KUDD-FM. These rules are in addition to the General Contest Rules of KUDD-FM. Complete copies of all contest rules are available at Broadway Media, 50 W. 300 S. #200, Salt Lake City, Utah, 84111, from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. To participate in the “Janet Jackson On Air” promotion, participants must call 844-649-1051 when solicited during the contest period. Contest Period is May 8, 2017, through May 12, 2017. Prize: (2) tickets to Janet Jackson on October 16, 2017, at the Vivint Smart Home Arena. Tickets must be picked up by winner at Broadway Media (50 West Broadway Suite 200, Salt Lake City, UT 84101) Within 30 days of being notified that the tickets are available for pickup. No consolation prizes will be given for prizes not picked up on time. Value of prize: $70.00. Prize provided by United Concerts.
