Online Contest dates: July 8st through July 15th 2016. Participants will enter for their chance to Win 2 Tix to keith Urban via Aptivada Online Contest on Mix1051UTAH.com. On or after Friday July 15th at Noon, One (1) winner will be selected at random from entries submitted to the entry form via Aptivada Online Contest on MIX1051UTAH.com. The prize must be picked up within 30 days of winning or by 5pm day of event, whichever comes first. If the prize is not picked up within that time frame it will be released back to the Mix 105.1 Promotions Department. No consolation prizes will be given if the prize is not picked up on time.
