Believe It or Not, You Can Speak Your Dog’s Language

 Who knew you were bilingual?

According to a new study, believe it or not, you speak DOG.  Or, at least, you can understand dog.

Researchers in Hungary found that people have a remarkable ability to figure out what their dog’s different growls mean.

For the study, people listened to audio recordings of dogs growling and barking while they played . . . guarded their food . . . or faced a stranger who they thought was threatening.

And people correctly identified what the dog was growling about 63% of the time . . . which is higher than the level of random chance.

The researchers also found women were better at speaking dog than men.

Broccoli Is the Most Popular Vegetable . . . Kale Is Last

I feel like a decade ago, none of us had ever heard of kale.  Now it’s everywhere.  But just because it’s popular, that does NOT mean we have to like it.  Kind of like Coldplay.

A new survey asked people to name their favorite vegetable, and kale came in DEAD LAST.  It got less than 1% of the vote.  Here are the 10 most popular vegetables . . .

1.  Broccoli.

2.  Corn.

3.  Tomatoes.

4.  Mushrooms.

5.  Carrots.

6.  Peas.

7.  Brussels sprouts.

8.  Cauliflower.

9.  Asparagus.

10.  Green beans.

The survey also found that strawberries are the most popular fruit . . . they just beat out bananas, pineapple, and mango.

You Waste More Than Two Years of Your Life Making Basic Decisions

You’re literally wasting your life away scrolling through Netflix trying to decide what to watch.

According to a new survey, the average person wastes TWO YEARS and NINE MONTHS of their life making basic decisions.

You make 14 small decisions every day, and they take a little over an hour total.  That winds up costing you about 16-and-a-half days a year.  And over the 60 or so years of your adult life, that adds up to more than 1,000 days, or almost two years and nine months.

So what little decisions are we wasting our lives on?  Here are the 10 that suck up the most total time . . .

Figuring out what presents to buy . . . figuring out what to wear . . . figuring out what to eat . . . choosing what to watch on TV or Netflix . . . figuring out what to do on trips . . .

Picking what to eat at a restaurant . . . packing for trips . . . deciding whether or not to buy something . . . picking what book to read next . . . and figuring out your schedule.
