Every year around Christmas, the Internet has the same debate – can ‘Die Hard’ be considered a Christmas movie?
It takes place on Christmas Eve, and we see some Santa hats in the movie, but the rest of it isn’t exactly “Christmas-y”. So what’s the answer? During the taping of The Comedy Central Roast of Bruce Willis, which airs July 29, Willis reportedly ends the show by saying, “‘Die Hard’ isn’t a Christmas movie!”
Now, thanks to him, we’re having the argument and it’s still only the summer.
