Court Says Tinder Discriminates Against Users Older Than 30

The Ledger Enquirer claims a California appeals court has ruled that Tinder discriminates against people over 30. The app’s basic service is free while customers younger than 30 pay $9.99 a month for the premium service. Tinder users older than 30 are charged $19.99 for the same premium service. Tinder tried to justify the price difference by saying older users can afford more than younger ones. The court disagreed with their explanation.
