Jim Parsons Is Voicing Buddy in an Upcoming NBC “Elf” Special
NBC has a special on the way based on Will Ferrell’s awesome 2003 Christmas movie, “Elf”. Thankfully, it won’t be another one of their painful live musicals. It’s an hour-long Claymation special called “Elf: Buddy’s Musical Christmas”, and it airs next Tuesday night. “Big Bang Theory” star Jim Parsons is voicing Buddy while the rest of the voice cast includes: Mark Hamill, Ed Asner, Fred Armisen, Jay Leno, Matt Lauer, and Gilbert Gottfried.

Cuba Gooding Jr. Will Play O.J. Simpson in “American Crime Story”
The upcoming show by Ryan Murphy, the guy behind “American Horror Story”. It’s another “anthology series,” and the first season will be a take on the O.J. trial. Like “American Horror Story”, it was created by Ryan Murphy, who also created “Glee” and “Nip/Tuck”, and it’ll air on FX . Murphy says, quote, “The O.J. case was as tragic as it was fascinating . . . it seemed like everyone had a stake in the outcome. Avril Lavigne is suffering from an undisclosed health issue. In some Twitter direct messages that were leaked online, Avril says, quote, “I’m not feeling well. I’m having some health issues. Panthers Quarterback Cam Newton Was Injured in a Car Accident
Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton escaped serious injury when a car T-boned his pickup truck in Charlotte yesterday. Cam was hospitalized overnight with what one website is calling, quote, “two transverse fractures in his lower back.” Cam is lucky he wasn’t hurt worse, because the truck rolled several times.
