Etsy is basically the eBay of crafts, where independent artists and small home businesses post their pieces for sale. Well one artist was selling ‘Feyonce’ mugs. The singer felt the pun was more than coincidental right down to the accent on the last “e” so her lawyers fired off a letter to the company, threatening them. Etsy got the message and took the items off the artist’s online shop. But all is not well. Etsy still has other feyonce items on its site, including clothing and glassware. Yesterday on “The View”, Rosie O’Donnell was taking the show to commercial, and she may have made a mistake. But probably not. She said, quote, “We’re going to take a break and be right back with even more hot topics. This is ‘The Talk’. “No, ‘The View’.” It didn’t seem like a mistake. It sounded like a little dig at “The Talk”, which is basically a rip-off of “The View”. Amanda Bynes Will Not be Prosecuted for her DUI
The L.A. City Attorney has decided not to prosecute Bynes for her September 2014 DUI bust for driving under the influence of Adderall. We’re told the City Attorney doesn’t think he can sell the case to a jury because she had a relatively low level of the drug in her bloodstream. The City Attorney has referred the matter to the D.A., because driving with ANY Adderall in her system could constitute a probation violation. Get the full story here.
