Kanye West: The ‘Voices in My Head’ & a Collaboration with Taylor Swift

West says he had a good reason for getting out of his chair when Beck won album of the year at the Grammys on Sunday: Kanye told him to do it. “Right when that happened, everybody was looking at me and then people started screaming, ‘Kanye! Kanye! Go do it!’ Okay, that didn’t really happen. These were voices in my head,” West told Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio show Wednesday morning. “So the voices in my head told me go and then I just walked up like halfway up the stage.”  Kanye also revealed that he and Taylor Swift are headed into the studio together. “Yeah, she wants to get in the studio and we’re definitely going to go in. Any artist with an amazing point of view, perspective, fan base, I’m down to get in the studio and work,” West, 37, told On Air with Ryan Seacrest. Get the full story here.

NBC News is pulling Brian Williams’ name from its “Nightly News with Brian Williams” broadcast starting Wednesday evening, sources exclusively tell Page Six. And we further hear that Williams’ name will disappear from the “Nightly News with Brian Williams” website, social media feeds and other promotional materials. “If they left Brian’s name on there, [replacement]Lester Holt would have to explain to the audience every night that he’s standing in for Brian, which is not an ideal situation,” a source said.
