Channing Tatum has announced he will be bringing Magic Mike to Vegas! He’ll be directing the show himself, and he’ll be using many of the original choreographers from them movies. Channing wants to make this show as lady – friendly as possible, so he’s asking women what they want. “We want to create a place for women that is their gentlemen’s club. . . Selena Gomez Is Donating Proceeds from Her Tour to Lupus Research
Selena Gomez is donating proceeds from her new tour to lupus research. It’s unclear how much of each ticket will be donated, but it’s still a significant gesture. If you didn’t know, Selena was diagnosed with lupus back in 2013. She even canceled parts of her tour that year to undergo chemotherapy treatment. Her new tour kicks off tomorrow night in Vegas. Thousands of People Lined up for a Justin Bieber Pop-Up Shop
The Biebs set up a pop-up shop in NYC yesterday, and everyone showed up. There were thousands of people lining the streets of SoHo hoping to grab some Biber swag. 49-Year-Old Janet Jackson is Pregnant with Her First Child
If MTV is looking for a new show idea, how about this: “49 and Pregnant”, starring, Janet Jackson. Yeah, you heard me. Janet Jackson is pregnant with her first child at 49. Actually, she’s closer to 50, because her birthday is on the 16th. She’s in her second trimester, so that’s obviously what she meant when she quit her tour last month so she and her husband could “plan their family.” Janet married a businessman from Qatar named Wissam Al Mana in 2012. They’ve been seeing a fertility specialist for a while, which makes sense because of Janet’s age. It wouldn’t be surprising if she conceived through in vitro fertilization, but nobody’s saying that. A Japanese company is making Pharrell action figures, with him wearing his Smokey the Bear hat, and the rest of the tracksuit outfit he wore to the 2014 Grammys. The doll also makes him look fifteen years old, which is also true to real life. The bad news is it costs $231, which may seem like a lot unless you’re used to buying high-end collectible dolls. Lee Daniels Publicly Apologized to Sean Penn
Sean Penn settled his $10 million defamation suit against Lee Daniels, the guy behind the show “Empire”. Daniels had to make a public apology for suggesting Penn was a domestic abuser, and donate to his Haiti charity. Lee said “I am so sorry that I have hurt you, Sean, and I apologize and retract my reckless statements about you. How thoughtless of me. You are someone I consider a friend, a brilliant actor and true Hollywood legend and humanitarian.” Sean responded with “I accept Lee’s heartfelt apology and appreciate the sincerity with which it was delivered.
