Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris are at War Over a Song They Secretly Co-Wrote
There’s brand new drama between Taylor Swift and Calvin Harris, over a secret collaboration they did while they were still together.
It turns out Taylor co-wrote Calvin’s track with Rihanna, “This Is What You Came For”. But she didn’t want credit, so she used the pseudonym Nils Sjöberg, and retained a piece of the publishing rights.
There had been rumors that Taylor had a hand in the song, but yesterday TMZ ran a story suggesting Taylor pretty much wrote it, and he just came up with the beat.
After that, Taylor’s rep said, quote, “Taylor Swift wrote ‘This Is What You Came for’ under the pseudonym Nils Sjöberg.” And that set Calvin off.
He was diplomatic at first:

Then he got a little defensive:
I wrote the music, produced the song, arranged it and cut the vocals though. And initially she wanted it kept secret, hence the pseudonym

The “Katy” Calvin is referring to is obviously Taylor’s nemesis, Katy Perry, and while she didn’t tag anyone, after this all went down, she tweeted:

Going back to the TMZ story for a minute. They say the chaos over “This Is What You Came For” may have actually caused their breakup. Because after the song came out, Calvin was on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show. Ryan asked him if he’d ever work with Taylor, and he said, quote, “You know we haven’t even spoken about it. I can’t see it happening though.” That upset her, and a few days later she was at the Met Gala, dancing with Tom Hiddleston.
One last note: Calvin has made about $354,000 from the song so far. Taylor has made $193,000. He gets more because he’s co-writer and performer.

Hope she gets so passionate with David Beckham.” Another person said that what makes the picture creepy is Victoria tilting her head. As if it’s less innocent than a straight-up nose-to-nose kiss. Ever since the big Charlie Sheen meltdown of 2011, we’ve been predicting his eventual transition to reality TV. And it might finally be happening. According to “Us Weekly”, he’s pitching a show about living with HIV, and his life in general. A source said, quote, “He’s met with various producers. Jennifer Aniston Was Cut Out of Her Mother’s Will, But She’ll Probably Survive
Jennifer Aniston and her mother Nancy Dow were estranged for years, even though Jennifer continued to support her financially. After that stupid app came out, Nintendo’s stock jumped 25%, and the company’s worth jumped by $9 billion. So of course, movie studios are hustling to strike a deal to make a new Pokemon movie.
