An Australian Artist Painted a Mural Proclaiming “The Death of Taylor Smith”

An artist in Melbourne has weighed in on the Kim Vs. Taylor feud via street art. The artist is Lushsux, and no, he’s not stupid, he knows Taylor’s last name is Swift. He told Buzzfeed that he only used Smith to avoid getting sued. But that might not save him from a defamation lawsuit, because of the obvious likeness to Taylor.

He’s obviously a very talented artist. The bottom of the mural features the quote “No tags please, respect the dead.” But yesterday the mural was “defaced.” Lushsux himself painted over Taylor’s name and face, changing the caption to “In loving memory of Harambe.” Harambe was the name of the gorilla that was shot by zoo keepers in order to save a child who had fallen into his enclosure.
