JK Rowling shaped the voice of a generation. Harry Potter is the book that taught me how to read. I spent hours of my childhood making “potions” in our kitchen blender, waiving butter knives pretending they were wands, and dragging my poor mother to every midnight book release. So when I came across this incredible piece of HP history, I had to share it.
