Court documents have come up in the Kesha vs Dr. Luke case that alleges that Katy Perry was raped by the music producer. The documents were obtained by The Blast and reveal text messages between Kesha and Lady Gaga where the Tik Tok singer is accusing Dr. Luke of raping Perry. Dr. Luke has filed a defamation lawsuit against Kesha claiming that he lost $10 million that he would’ve made from working with Perry, he also claims that Gaga created “graphics” which was posted on social media with Kesha’s help that referred to her allegations against him. Katy Perry did have a disposition in the case, however, what she said hasn’t been disclosed, Lady Gaga and Pink were also subpoenaed. In 2017 Pink spoke on Dr. Luke calling him “a bad person” and saying, “He doesn’t do good business, he’s not a kind person…I don’t really feel that bad for him.”
