The Charlotte Observer claims the Prince William County, Virginia police arrested Cory Phillips yesterday after he stripped naked and bit an FBI agent on the neck.
The 31-year old was smoking drugs before he disrobed and bit his own dog. Immediately after, he went outside and pushed a 60-year-old woman to the ground, but she was not hurt.
When officers tried to subdue him in the middle of the street, he ran at them and bit the off-duty agent on the neck.
Officers eventually subdued Phillips and, after being released from the hospital, took him to an adult detention center where he is being held without bond.
He is being charged with malicious wounding, drug possession, animal cruelty, and public intoxication.
