Alllllll the feels, right here. Rachel Platten recently visited a young fan in the hospital. Jeremiah Succar is just 7-years-old and he’s battling stage 4 atypical rhabdoid teratoid, aka Big Bad Cancer. Jeremiah uses the song as his anthem, singing it when he gets headaches, before bed, and when he has to get shots. Jeremiah’s family started an Instagram campaign using #RachelMeetJeremiah in the hopes that Rachel would see it. She did, and the amazing meeting seen below happened:
