One week down, 51 more to go with my New Year’s resolution. Ugh, what a week!
I did hit my goal of going to Planet Fitness 4 times in one week. That’s the plan and the agreement with our bet. I have to make it to the gym at least 4 times a week. While there, I was this guy:

-Apollo Burger cheeseburger and fries
-Market Street (and yes, I ate the loaf of bread)
So, that’s where my struggle lies.
I have not lost weight but am not up. So I’ll call the week a wash!
