Silvia gained recognition for being the first openly gay woman to finish the Seven Summits Challenge. This is done when a climber climbs the highest mountain on each continent. The film will be based on Silvia’s memoir, In The Shadow Of The Mountain. Selena Gomez will also be a producer. So far, there is no set release date for the project.
