Stephen Ruth, 42, doesn’t like getting tickets in the mail from those red light cameras. So he decided to “Take the power back!” by tampering with those cameras. In the video, he tells you how to push the camera up, so it’s pointed at the sky. He takes a painters extension rod and taps the bottom of the camera, until it’s tilted up. Stephen says he understood that putting a video of yourself committing a crime on the internet is a bad idea, and says he knew he would be arrested. “Of course I knew I would be arrested. I did it for the people who come back from war and get abused by these cameras. I did it because senior citizens are getting these, the same ones that went to war for us. These same seniors live in New York’s high cost environment and are being forced out of New York because of its high taxes” He’s a vigalante! A rebel with a cause! But still, kind of stupid. Woman Stole $3,000 Worth of Sausage from her Workplace

Kimberly Carrillo, 28, works for Kiolbassa Sausage, and apparently she doesn’t get paid enough. Kim wanted to make some extra cash, and decided the best way to do that would be to steal $3,000 of sausage from Kiolbassa. She didn’t take a lot of precautions however, because another employee witnessed her stealing the sausage, and trying to sell it. She walked down to the nearest gas station and started asking patrons if they wanted to buy some sausage. Aside from stealing in front of witnesses, there’s security footage of Kim trying to sell the sausage at the gas station. When her boss found out, she was fired, and then arrested. Get more here.
