A Guy Spray-Painted “My Wife Is a Cheater” on Their House, Then Set It on Fire

It’s not too hard to connect the dots in this story. The police and the fire department in Arvada, Colorado got a call early yesterday morning about an explosion.  And when they got to the scene, they found a house on fire. They also found a pretty clear motive for arson.  There was graffiti on the side of the house that said, quote, “My wife is a cheater.” 31-year-old William Lindauer lives in the house with his wife and their three kids.  The police are pretty sure this is a case where the simplest answer is the right one:  He found out his wife was cheating, spray painted the graffiti, then set the house on fire. He was arrested for first-degree arson. Fortunately no one was hurt in the explosion or the fire. Get the full story here.
