A Woman Used Her Hands at the Salad Bar, Then Punched an Off-Duty Cop Who Criticized Her
When you go to a salad bar or buffet, you have to just kind of pretend that all the other people aren’t contaminating the food with their germs and general filth. So it’s jarring when you actually witness the contamination. An off-duty cop named Adebola Atoka was at a pizza restaurant in Oklahoma City on Friday afternoon with her family, and was making herself a salad at the salad bar. She was behind a 29-year-old woman named Lindsay Williams, who wasn’t using the tongs, she was just dipping her bare hands into the bowl and scooping out the salad. Adebola told her she shouldn’t do that, and Lindsay responded by punching her in the face. Lindsay was arrested for assault and battery. Get more here.
