Ten-year-old Sophie is in for the adventure of a lifetime when she meets the Big Friendly Giant. Naturally scared at first, the young girl soon realizes that the 24-foot behemoth is actually quite gentle and charming. As their friendship grows, Sophie’s presence attracts the unwanted attention of Bloodbottler, Fleshlumpeater and other giants. After traveling to London, Sophie and the BFG must convince Queen Victoria to help them get rid of all the bad giants once and for all.
These are the specific contest rules for The Big Friendly Giant On-Air Contest. Contest dates: June 17th through June 27th 2016. Listeners will call in for their chance to win (2) tickets to The Big Friendly Giant. One caller will be selected at random to win. The prize must be picked up within 30 days of winning. If the prize is not picked up within that timeframe it will be released back to the Mix 1051 Promotions Department. No consolation prizes will be given if the prize is not picked up on time. Prize is valued at approximately $18.00($9.00/ticket), and is provided by Century 16.
