Ashnikko (pronounced Ash-nee-ko), born Ashton Nicole Casey on February 19, 1996, in Oak Ridge, North Carolina, is an American singer, rapper, and songwriter known for her futuristic, genre-blending sound and bold, feminist lyrics. She rose to prominence with her viral hit “STUPID” featuring Yung Baby Tate in 2019, which gained traction on TikTok and propelled her into mainstream attention.
Ashnikko’s music combines elements of pop, hip-hop, punk, and electronic, often characterized by high-energy beats and empowered, rebellious themes. In 2021, she released her debut mixtape “DEMIDEVIL”, featuring standout tracks like “Daisy”, “Slumber Party”, and “Deal With It”. The mixtape showcased her unique aesthetic and lyrical defiance, solidifying her as a rising star in alternative pop.
