No Egg On My Face!

As part of my healthier living for 2017, I’ve decided to fix my diet. Apollo Burgers and Maxwell’s pizza are good, but it’s time for me to get in shape!

My trainer has set me up with a nutrition plan which involves 6 EGGS EVERY MORNING with my protein shake! Crazy, right?

I’m doing it though!


That right there is egg 2 of 6 from this morning’s Oakdell Egg breakfast. Sometimes I scramble, sometimes I hard boil, you just gotta switch it up!
