Amy Adams, who has played the role of Lois Lane in the DC Extended Universe three times, thinks her run may be over and that DC will be going in another direction.
“I think I’m out of the DC Universe now,” Adams said to Nicole Kidman during Variety’s Actors on Actors. “I think they’re revamping that. I don’t know the details.”
Along with Adams, rumors are that Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill are also out of the DC Extended Universe.
Amy didn’t go any further about her thoughts in the interview, but they are pretty telling. Adams had been playing Lois Lane since 2011.
