It’s Tuesday, and we’re all thinking about tacos, so where in Utah are the best tacos?

Tacos Don Rafa in Downtown Salt Lake City
This is the old standby, I have no idea how long this cart has been parked out front of the Sears, but it seems like forever. Authentic, spicy, cheap and delicious!
Taqueria 27 on Foothill Blvd
The fanciest tacos ever, but not a fancy price. They have everything from your traditional taco to unique creations like their fried chicken and watermelon salsa taco. So tasty!
El Coyote Charro in St. George
You’ll have to travel for this one, but if you’re driving through St. George, this place is worth the stop! Three words: Carne. Asada. Fries.
