It’s not too late to work on your summertime bod. BTS has a series of FREE workout tutorials on YouTube posted through their record company Hybe.
They just released their third installment yesterday, as part of a 5-day challenge for a balanced body and mind. Each “Workout with BTS” video is releasing weekly on Mondays.
Unfortunately, the seven members are not demonstrating the exercises, but there are clips of them throughout the video. The exercises are led by a female instructor with English voiceover.
So far they’ve focused on the lower body, upper body, and then yesterday’s was all about the core so you can get some rock hard abs.
