Over the weekend a new online/social media challenge started thanks to Canadian Pop singer, Shawn Mendes.
Mendes shared a video of his workout routine on Instagram and it immediately started the shenanigans! The workout move is a type of jump squat that starts on your knees. Many of Mendes’ fans took to social media to see if they are as nimble as the “Lost In Japan” singer.
