Rich people get away with a lot in the Cayman Islands. But one thing even THEY can’t do is dance with MARY JANE. Model Gigi Hadid and a friend got ARRESTED there last week, after customs agents found pot in their luggage as they were on their way in. They ended up paying a fine of $1,000 each.
Her rep said, quote, “Gigi was traveling with marijuana purchased legally in NYC with a medical license.
“It has also been legal for medical use in Grand Cayman since 2017. Her record remains clear and she enjoyed the rest of her time on the island.”
She posted pics from the trip yesterday, showing herself having that “great time.” She captioned them, “All’s well that ends well.”
